Admission is open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, religion or region subject to the admission rules of SMS. A child who completed three and half years only will be eligible for admission to Lower Kindergarten Class. Obviously, a child should have completed five and half years for admission to Class I.
Admission procedure usually starts in the first week of January. Those who wish to admit their wards can collect the prospectus and application from the school office.
School fees, food expenses and transportation charges are to be paid in installments. The first installment is paid at the time of admission and the second, third and fourth instalments are to be paid in equal instalments on 1st July, 1st October and 1st January.
1. Birth Certificate of the student – Original with 1 copy
2. Aadhaar card copy of the student – 1 copy
3. Student bank account number (if any)
4. Recent passport size photos of the student- 2 copies
5. B2 size photo- student with parents – 1 copy
6. Blood group of the student.
7. Marks card copy of previous class studied (UKG- IX)
8. Transfer certificate with UID Number compulsorily (I – IX)
Note: Student with both the parents/ guardians is mandatory during admission.
Education is a life-long learning process. Learning happens all the time; not only in a pre-designated place called the school but also it happens outside the school.
