All great things have small beginning and thus it was true here in S.M.S. English medium School. Ours has never been a flying start with a massive endowment, but a small beginning like the proverbial mustard seed. The school just began with 17 students in the year 1993 and today we have from Playschool to class XII; 2326 students, out of which 31 are in Playschool, 511 are in K.G Section, Primary School 1071, Middle School 443, Secondary Section 240 and Senior Secondary Section 30.
There are 178 staff members out of which 95 are teaching staff, including the Principal & Vice-Principal. SMS believes in the notion that teachers should play an important role in a student’s life. S.M.S faculty maintain a good rapport with the students to nurture true spirit and bring out the hidden talent in every student. In this way, the faculty fulfil the vision of S.M.S.
